| GRANDMA'S EASY SUGAR CREAM PIE | |

This was my grandmother's recipe and is the easiest sugar cream pie recipe I have ever made. 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup cornstarch 2 cups milk 1 baked pie shell Cook all of the ingredients on top of the stove until it gets thick. Then pour into a baked pie shell. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate till set. Submitted by: Pam W. | |
