BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 boxes (or 1 bag) frozen broccoli
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese

TOPPING:

16 to 20 Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter, melted

Cook and drain broccoli. Add 4 tablespoons butter and cubed Velveeta to broccoli in a buttered casserole dish. Add topping and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.

Topping: Crush the crackers and combine with the melted butter. Sprinkle over broccoli.
