BEER BATTER FISH 
1 1/4 c. Bisquick (biscuit mix)
3/4 c. beer
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
fish fillets for 6 people
cooking oil

Beat together biscuit mix, beer, egg and salt. Pat the fish dry. Dip fish in batter to coat both sides and fry in hot oil for 5 minutes on each side or until done.

Makes 6 servings.
