BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
4 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1/4 of a 2 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter

Cook and drain broccoli. Melt cheese and butter; mix all together. Pour in Corning Ware dish.

TOPPING:

1 row Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick melted butter

Toss together. Pour over broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
