AUNT CATHERINE'S BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
2 pkgs. of frozen broccoli
1/2 lb. of Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
32 to 34 Ritz crackers, crushed
Salt and pepper

Cook broccoli until tender. Drain and put cooked broccoli into buttered casserole. Slice the cheese and place on the top of the broccoli. Melt butter and add crushed crackers and salt and pepper. Add to top of cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves eight.
