CORN, CARROT & BROCCOLI DISH 
1 (10 oz.) frozen corn
1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz.) frozen carrots
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Velveeta cheese, cut into strips (as much as needed)

Steam each vegetable separately in microwave. Place in a 2 to 3 quart casserole dish. First corn, crushed crackers and then strips of the cheese. Repeat the same process for the carrots and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. You may use smaller amounts of vegetables to suit your family.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
