BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 cylinder Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter

Prepare broccoli as directed, drain. Melt in saucepan 1/2 cup butter and 8 ounce Velveeta cheese. Combine broccoli and cheese mixture. In other pan melt 1/2 cup butter then add the Ritz crackers, mix well. Put broccoli mixture in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cracker mixture. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
