1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 med. zucchini, sliced in sticks
1 beaten egg
2 to 4 tbsp. oil

Combine first 4 ingredients in plastic bag. Dip zucchini in egg, then shake in plastic bag. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.
