IRON SKILLET CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 rounded tbsp. cocoa
1 rounded tbsp. butter
2 rounded tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa. Melt butter in an iron skillet (be sure to use an iron skillet). Add sugar mixture to melted butter. Beat egg yolks, add milk and beat together. Add this a little at a time to the sugar mixture, stirring constantly. Cook slowly. When thick enough, add vanilla, then place in cooked pie shell. Cover with stiffly beaten egg whites, place in 350 to 400 degree oven until golden brown.
