IRON SKILLET CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 rounded tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 rounded tbsp. butter
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell, baked

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa together. Melt butter in iron skillet; add sugar mixture and mix lightly. Combine beaten egg yolks and milk; add to mixture, stirring constantly. Cook slowly until thick. Add vanilla and blend well. Pour in pie shell. Cover with meringue. Brown in oven.
