“CLASSIC CHOCOLATE FUDGE” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  CONDENSED MILK FUDGE

CLASSIC CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 cups sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp, salt
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2/3 cups chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter, salt and milk in a large electric skillet. Set thermostat to 280°F.

Bring mixture to a boil; boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Turn off skillet; add marshmallows, chocolate pieces, pecans and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and chocolate are melted and smoothly blended.

Pour into a buttered 8-inch square pan. Cool before cutting into squares.

Makes 2 pounds candy.
