2 CRUST PIE:

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. ice water

1 CRUST PIE:

1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. ice water

Mix all ingredients with fork until well blended. Roll between 2 sheets of wax paper or plastic wrap. Put in pie pan and fill with favorite filling.
