STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl; make well in center. Mix remaining ingredients and add to dry, stirring with a spoon until smooth. Pour into 2 well greased 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until toothpick comes clean from center.
