STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Sift dry ingredients, including Jello, into a large bowl. Make a "well" in this mixture. Mix other ingredients in a small bowl, then pour into "well" and stir by hand. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Makes 5 very small loaves (3x5 inch). Can use larger pans, and bake accordingly.
