“WHOLE CRANBERRY SAUCE” IS IN:

WHOLE CRANBERRY SAUCE 
3 cups fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water

Combine cranberries and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and heat until cranberries pop. Add sugar, stir, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

As the sauce cools, it will thicken. Vary by using orange or cranberry juice instead of water or add grated orange zest, ginger or canned crushed pineapple.

If you prefer a jellied sauce, sprinkle and stir in a packet of Knox gelatine just as the sauce is removed from heat.
