SWEET AND SPICY CRANBERRY SAUCE 
Yummy on turkey, turkey sandwiches or even roast beef... adds a nice sweet/spicy touch to whatever!

1/2 to 1 bag fresh cranberries
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup jalepenos (with 1 tbsp. juice)

Combine water and cranberries in medium size saucepan. Cook on medium high heat until cranberries start to break down into a sauce, stirring frequently. Add sugar and jalepenos/juice and bring to a boil.

Continue stirring... (Add more water if necessary; I prefer my sauce on the thicker side, so adjust to your liking). Add pineapple and continue to boil for 2 more minutes then turn heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes. THAT'S IT!

Note: Adjust quantities to your liking.

This is a MUST at Thanksgiving!!
