HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp. chil1 powder
1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Sauté green pepper, celery and onion in olive oil, add ground beef and cook until brown, stirring.

Add garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well.

Add cooked macaroni and stir in tomato sauce. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
