SWISS BLISS 
1 tbsp. butter
2 lb. chuck steak, cut 1 inch thick
1 env. onion soup mix
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. juice from tomatoes
1 tbsp. cornstarch
20 inch sheet of heavy duty foil
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. A-1 Sauce

Spread center of foil with butter. Cut steak into serving portions. Arrange on foil, slightly overlapping each portion. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, mushroom, green pepper, tomatoes. Season. Mix juice, A-1 Sauce, cornstarch. Pour over meat and vegetables. Bring foil up and double fold the edges to seal tightly. Bake 2 hours in a moderate oven, 375 degrees. Roll back foil and sprinkle with parsley, makes 4 generous servings. Good with baked potatoes or rice.
