HONEY PEANUT APPLE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. finely chopped peanuts
2/3 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
sliced apples

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the peanuts, honey and vanilla until combined. Serve with apples. Refrigerate leftovers.

Yield: 2 cups.
