JAPANESE RAISIN PIE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
2/3 c. nuts (grind fine)
2/3 c. raisins
2/3 c. coconut

Melt butter, cream with sugar, eggs, vinegar and vanilla. Mix remaining ingredients. Add to unbaked pie shell. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
