JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients together well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
