JAPANESE FRUIT PIE (Southern
Recipe)
 
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts (pecans, or walnuts chopped)
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter melted
1 tbsp. vinegar

Beat eggs, add sugar, melted butter, vinegar, coconut, raisins and nuts. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
