JAPANESE FRUIT PIES 
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar

Combine sugar and butter. Beat one egg at a time. Add vanilla and vinegar; beat. Put in rest of ingredients. Bake in unbaked pie shells at 300 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
