1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts (walnuts)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
4 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding

Mix butter, flour and nuts. Press on bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees; cool.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 2 cups Cool Whip, and vanilla. Pour over crust. Mix instant pudding; pour over the above. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

You will need 2 small containers of Cool Whip.
