2 lb. stew beef 1 can tomato soup 1/2 can water 1 c. sliced carrots 2 chopped onions 1/2 tsp. salt Dash pepper Bay leaf 1 raw potato, sliced Place in casserole dish with tight lid: 5 hours at 275 degrees or 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. May also be cooked in a crock pot. |
