STAY IN BED STEW 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew beef
1 can tomato soup (no water added)
1 pkg. frozen peas
4 to 5 potatoes, cubed
2 small onions, chopped
4 to 5 cut up carrots
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients into large casserole (9 x 13-inch) dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 5 hours at 275°F.

Serves 4 to 5.

This is the best stew ever my whole family make, tip: add all the items into the pan at night when you have time then in the morning put it in the oven set the temp and go to work come home and supper is ready I also add a bay leaf.
