2 lbs. lean beef, cubed 2 med. potatoes, large diced 2 carrots, large slices 6 or more whole peeled sm. onions 1 can condensed tomato soup 1/2 soup can dry red wine 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 bay leaves Combine everything in 2 quart casserole, cover with foil and lid. Bake for 5 hours at 275 degrees. |
