CRAB NEWBURG 
4 tbsp. butter
Sm. green or red pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 lb. frozen "sea legs"
1/4 lb. mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

In large skillet melt butter. Add green or red pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped. Add mushrooms (can substitute small can sliced mushrooms, drained) saute about 5 minutes. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add milk and continue stirring until sauce is smooth and thickened. Add the salt and sea legs which have been cut diagonally into 1 inch slices. Simmer just until crab is heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
