CRAB MEAT SPREAD 
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
6 oz. crabmeat or Sea Leg supreme

Blend together first 5 ingredients. Add chopped celery and set aside. By hand, squeeze liquid from crabmeat and stir into cream cheese mixture. Chill 3 hours. Use as stuffing for cherry tomatoes, celery, or spread on crackers.

To make finger sandwiches, remove slices of fresh bread. Spread with crabmeat, roll up and chill.

To serve, slice the roll into 1" slices.
