HOT CRAB DIP OR SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. (1 lb.) fresh crabmeat
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. horseradish

Whip cream cheese and onion, milk, horseradish and salt. Stir in crab, bake in greased baking dish at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with crackers.
