CHIPPED BEEF DIP (SPREAD) 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. or more milk
1 pkg. of chipped beef
2 tbsp. of instant onion
2 (or more) tbsp. green pepper (chopped fine)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. black walnut chips

Mix together. Spread in oblong pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. On top, sprinkle 1/2 cup black walnut chips. Use club crackers. A knife is helpful for spreading.

NOTE: Soak chipped beef in water to remove some of the salt.
