DRIED BEEF AND CHEESE SPREAD 
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, 1/2 lb.
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 sm. clove garlic minced
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) dried beef chopped fine
1/3 c. milk
Pepper to taste

In small bowl mix cheese, green pepper, onion, garlic, beef and pepper. Beat in enough milk for creamy spreading consistency. Cover and chill several hours over overnight.

Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before using. Use assorted breads and crackers. Makes 2 cups. Enough for 7 to 8 sandwiches.
