PURPLE PLUM PIE | |
Double pie crust 2 lbs. purple plums 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour Wash, split and pit plums. Mix flour and sugar. Pour sugar mixture over plums and mix. Place in pie crust. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 400 degrees. |
