BANANA OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. All bran
1 c. oat bran
1 c. flour
1/3 c. molasses
8 pkg. sweet and low
1 c. skim milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 or 2 very soft bananas, mashed

Mix both brans, flour, baking soda and powder and Sweet and Low. Add molasses, milk and mashed bananas. Mix thoroughly and pour into greased or lined muffin tray. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 low-fat dietetic muffins.
