BLUEBERRY PUDDING CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. cake flour 2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. shortening 1 egg 1 1/2 c. red sour cherries or blueberries Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cream shortening. Add sugar and cream until light. Add egg. Add dry ingredients to milk alternately. Fold in cherries (or blueberries) dry. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes in Bundt pan. (Good with milk poured over it when it is served.) |
