FROZEN BLUEBERRY LEMON CHEESECAKE | |
1 box Jello Lemon flavoured pudding mix 1 1/2 cups milk 1 400 g (slightly less than 1 lb) container of spreadable cream cheese or 1 + 3/4 of block cream cheese softened 1 premade graham crust shell 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries Mix milk and pudding and let it set. In mixing bowl blend cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding and stir in gently until combined. Stir in blueberries. Pour mixture into the crust and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen. Submitted by: Canadian Girl |
