PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In a saucepan add sugar, milk, water and butter. Boil on medium heat stirring constantly until a candy thermometer reaches 238°F. Remove from heat. Stir in 3/4 c. peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until thickened then pour into buttered square 8x8-inch pan. Cut into squares when slightly hardened.
