BAKED SPINACH 
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen spinach
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 env. onion soup
Slivered almonds

Cook spinach for short time and drain well. Add sour cream and onion soup mixing lightly through spinach. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Sprinkle almonds on top and bake 15 additional minutes.
