3 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can fried onion rings

Combine all ingredients, except onion rings. Pour half the mixture into 2 quart casserole. Cover with onion rings. Add remaining mixture and top with rest of onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
