LEMON AND LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. lime Jello
3 c. boiling water
16 marshmallows
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tbsp. vinegar
18 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Melt marshmallows in water while bringing to a boil. Pour over Jello, add 1 tablespoons vinegar. Set in refrigerator until chilled, not set, but just real chilled. Remove from refrigerator and whip with egg beater until real frothy and fluffy. Add pineapple, nuts, and cream cheese; let set.

NOTE: Put cream cheese out and let soften. Then while Jello is chilling, add the cheese to pineapple and work it in until it is smooth, otherwise you will get lumps.
