MR. LEE'S SOUTHERN STYLE CORN 
8 ears corn
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. milk

Choose 8 ears of corn with large kernels. Cut corn from cob by first cutting down through kernels then scraping the pulp from the ear with the back of a knife. (This frees pulp from shells). Add corn to 6 tablespoons melted butter in a skillet. Stir in flour, sugar, salt and milk. Cook for 10 minutes. Add cream just before serving.
