YUMMY YAM CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, mashed yams
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Heat sugar, butter, vanilla and milk until sugar is dissolved. Add sugar mixture and beaten eggs to yams. Combine topping ingredients. Place in casserole dish. Cover with topping. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
