YAM CASSEROLE DELIGHT 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
3 c. yams, cooked & mashed

Mix together well and pour into 10 x 10 x 2 inch baking dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour (do not use plain flour)
1 c. pecans

Mix butter and brown sugar; add self-rising flour and nuts. Sprinkle over yam mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes 8-9 servings.
