ORANGE CREAM MOLD 
6 oz. pkg. orange gelatin, dry
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sour cream
3 sm. cans mandarin oranges
2 c. mini marshmallows

Blend cream cheese into Jello. Add water gradually while blending well together. Fold in sour cream, oranges and marshmallows. Empty sour cream into bowl and whip for a few seconds with fork before adding to gelatin mixture. Refrigerate overnight!
