SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM FOR

8 boxes dried scalloped potatoes
2 gallons milk, heated
2 gallons water
8 to 10 lb. diced ham
6 (10.75 oz) cans cheddar cheese soup, diluted with milk

Use 3 electric roasters. Mix all ingredients and divide between roasters.

Bake for 2 hours at 350°F. In the last hour of cooking, turn the heat down to 250-300°F. If they become too dry, add a little more warm milk.
