BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS 
15 to 20 chicken wings
Flour
Salt
Pepper
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 c. hot sauce

Dredge wings in flour, salt and pepper. Deep fry until brown and crisp, about 12 minutes (wings may also be pan fried or baked). Keep hot. Melt butter in saucepan. Add vinegar and hot sauce. Put hot wings in a large bowl and pour sauce over wings. Toss until coated.
