BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS OR TENDERS 
Wings or Tenders:

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Sauce:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. Crystal Louisiana hot sauce
dash of black pepper
dash of garlic
dash of cayenne pepper

Combine flour with paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Coat wings or tenders in flour mixture. Deep-fry in 375°F oil about 10 to 15 minutes for wings, 6 to 7 minutes for tenders. Remove to medium bowl.

Mix all ingredients for sauce in small saucepan. Heat over low heat until butter is melted. Pour over chicken and toss to coat.
