MICROWAVE CRUNCHY PARMESAN
CHICKEN
 
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up or chicken breasts
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine cheese, onion, crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk. Coat with cheese mixture. Place in baking dish. Pour butter over chicken. Bake on High-covered with wax paper for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
