OVEN FRENCH FRIES 
2 unpeeled med. potatoes
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika to taste

Scrub potatoes. Cut in half lengthwise. Slice each half into lengthwise wedges with some peel on each wedge. Soak in cold water 20 minutes. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray shallow non-stick baking pan with cooking spray. Drain and dry potatoes. Place in plastic bag with oil. Close tightly and shake to coat. Arrange in single layer on baking tray. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes until golden and crisp. Season and sprinkle with paprika. Serves 4 (80 calories each serving).
