SAUSAGE AND GRAVY 
1 lg. pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (sage, in silver pkg.)
Flour to coat, approximately 3/4 to 1 c.
Milk to thicken, approximately 1/2 gallon

In a Dutch oven, brown sausage. Do not drain. Pour flour over cooked sausage until it is thickly coated. Brown 1-2 minutes. Slowly add milk to make gravy and cook to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over any type of warm biscuits.
